WHAT IS COLOR ?
Color is an aspect of visual perception that is not easy to define, and certainly not easy to measure. It is a sensation whereby a human observer can distinguish differences between two fields or view, where such differences are caused by spectral composition differences in the observed radiant energies.

Extrusion

Peony – Pellet type coloring agents with high concentration and high dispersion for extrusion process in coloring PE and PP resin. They are used for film, coating of electric wire and cable, blow molding, pipes and monofilaments.

Plastron – Coloring agents with high concentration and high

dispersion for PVC resin. They are used for the coloring of

synthetic leather, cable, pipe, etc.

Injection

Plamaster – Pellet type coloring agents with high concentration and high dispersion for injection molding processin coloring ABS, PS, PP, PE, AS resin, etc.

Dairen – Powder type coloring agents for injection moldings,

blow molding, and products.

PIGMENT DISPERSION

Commercially available pigments are in form agglomerates. There is difference surface tension between liquid and solid (pigment). These solid materials are incorporated into the liquid by a grinding process. During grinding process, the agglomerates are transformed into a dispersion of particles.

PIGMENT DISPERSION

This process consists of three stages:

Wetting : Replacement of air (and water) by the resin (and plasticizer).

Grinding : Mechanical break up and separation into primary particle.

Dispersing : Distributing these particles into the vehicle.

PLASTRON TONER

Plastron Toner color are colorants produced by dispersing pigments into a plasticizer.

They are used for the coloring of synthetic leather by casting, and wall paper as well as boot toys by roto-moulding, and house-ware by dipping.

PLASTRON BEADS

Plastron Beads color are high concentration, high dispersion colorants obtained by dispersing pigment into resins that are compatible with PVC. They over convenience in handling and free of dust. In addition, they cause virtually no sticking the inside walls of mixer.

PLASTRON BATCH

Plastron Batch color are high concentration, high dispersion colorants. Produced by dispersing pigment in resins to cake shape. Easy to storage and handling.

PLASTRON SUPRA

Plastron Supra Color are high concentration dispersed pigment, powder type colorant that suitable for hard/rigid PVC. They are used for coloring PVC bottle, pipe, PVC profile, etc.
